Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Residents at The Cortland are responsible for cable / internet service, gas, and electricity. WC Smith will cover all trash, sewer, and water charges.
